Digital Products

All digital products, including online courses and downloadable training materials, are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically. Access details will be provided after purchase.

Training Kits

Training kits are available as an add-on for both online digital courses and one-on-one private trainings. All training kits are shipped directly to the customer and are designed to include the course-specific products and essentials needed for training.

If you purchase a training kit for a one-on-one private training, the kit must be purchased at least 2 weeks in advance at the time of booking to allow enough time for processing, shipping, and delivery before your scheduled class date.

If you purchase a training kit for an online digital course, the kit will be shipped to the address provided at checkout after your order has been processed.

One-on-One Private Training Kit Requirement

If you purchase a training kit for an in-person class, you are responsible for bringing your kit with you to your scheduled training appointment. Re Defined Beauty is not responsible for kits that are forgotten, left behind, or not delivered in time due to late purchase, incorrect shipping information, or carrier delays.

Processing & Shipping Times

Training kits are prepared based on the course selected and may require processing time before shipment. Shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and carrier delivery times.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Hair Vendor Orders

Hair vendor products are processed separately from digital courses, trainings, and training kits. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered and vendor availability.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Re Defined Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Re Defined Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping information, or any circumstances outside of our control. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package.

Agreement to Policy

By purchasing a training kit, hair vendor product, digital course, or private training through Re Defined Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
